Concerto No.1 for Viola and Piano in D minor

By Jean-Baptiste Accolay

This concerto, largely used as educational material for string players, was originally composed for the violin in A minor. Although concertos typically contain three movements, this one has only one movement with multiple sections that do follow the popular fast-slow-fast style.
