WoO: Werke Ohne Opuszahl: "Works without Opus". The Hungarian dances were originally written for piano four-hands and later arranged for many different ensembles. The most well known arrangements are for Violin and Piano by Joachim. Other noteworthy arrangers of some of the dances include Moritz Moszkowski (piano), and Alfred Moffat (piano trio).
